Managed IT Support
Level 1–3 support for staff, devices, software, printers, access issues, onboarding, offboarding, and general troubleshooting.
PINE: Powering change
PINE by Provested helps small to medium businesses standardise, secure, and maintain their technology environment with managed IT support, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity controls, and documentation.
Our motto: Change
PINE is the networking and managed services arm of Provested, an IT company that works with the Department of Education providing IT support across primary and high schools. That environment shapes how we work: high volumes, real deadlines, and users who need things fixed properly the first time.
Our motto is Change — improving environments, not just closing tickets. Our team's strength is Level 1, 2 and 3 support plus networking, and when something needs deeper specialist input we escalate to senior engineers inside Provested rather than leaving you waiting.

FAQ
Yes. PINE is designed for businesses without internal IT. We cover day-to-day support, cloud, devices, networks, security, and long-term planning under one relationship.
All tickets are acknowledged within 15 minutes during business hours. Critical incidents get a response within one business hour, and standard issues within four business hours.
Managed clients pay a predictable monthly fee based on users, devices, and package. Project work and one-off engagements are quoted upfront so there are no surprises.
We work with what you have. Our onboarding stabilises and documents the current environment first, then we recommend improvements over time — no forced rip-and-replace.
We're upfront about our scope. When specialist work is required (e.g. certain compliance audits or vendor-specific work), we coordinate with trusted partners and stay accountable for the outcome.
Both, and it's your choice. We support clients fully remotely, on a hybrid model with scheduled onsite days, or with a full-time engineer based in your office. Onsite is standard for network installs, hardware, and anything that needs someone in the room.
